ISTOBAL, a multinational leader in vehicle washing adn care, presented its latest annual report on lasting performance corresponding to the year 2023, highlighting its firm commitment to responsible growth and environmental protection. The document details the company’s ongoing efforts to improve its operating practices, reduce its environmental impact and promote a more sustainable future.
One of the most meaningful milestones achieved in 2023 was the 14% reduction in CO2 emissions.This achievement was possible thanks to the implementation of more efficient technologies and the transition to renewable energy sources in its facilities. In line with this commitment, ISTOBAL today obtains over 18% of its electricity from photovoltaic energy sources self-consumed at its factory. These advances reflect the company’s strategy to prioritize energy efficiency as part of its long-term sustainability plan.
Additionally, the company has continued to innovate in the development of more sustainable products launching new solutions focused on saving consumption which have had an excellent reception on the market. This constant innovation not only strengthens ISTOBAL’s leadership in the industry, but also demonstrates its commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.

With a staff of over 1,000 employees and a turnover of 156 million euros by 2023, ISTOBAL is committed to continuous training to face the challenges of the sector: “We wont to continue to be a leading company in our sector and we are aware that the people who compose it are the heart of our success. For this reason, in the last year we have provided a total of 8,132 hours of training“, explained Antonio Martínez, general director of ISTOBAL.
