Contrary to what it might seem at first glance, if comments from certain sectors are taken into account, Spain is one of the EU countries with the most organic production. Planas highlights that these good figures are largely due to the work of more than 60,000 operators who, within the framework of organic food, have promoted more than 65,500 activities throughout 2022, which represents an increase of 4.98% compared to 2021. More livestock activities
