The Ministry clarified this matter as a part of answering the questions. The ministry also explained the five main conditions employers must meet in order to approve work permit applications.

2. It should be verified that the employee does not have an existing work permit or card with another company.

3. Ensure that the employee is 18 years and above.

4. The work to be given to the employee should be commensurate with the work of the organization.

5. Bank guarantee of 3,000 dirhams for each employee in the bank account of the Ministry through one of the recognized banks in the country. The authorities also clarified that while applying for a work permit, one should have the required professional qualification or educational qualification.
