It is nice to see progress in the development of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
As reported on Saturday by Day.Az with reference to Trend, US traveler Vijayalakshmi Parthasarthy told journalists about this during her visit to the Fizuli region.
“The last few days have been really wonderful. I have never been to Azerbaijan before. It is beautiful here and the people are very friendly. I am definitely going to stay here longer. I would like to see more places in this big country. People who have already visited these areas say that many new buildings and facilities have been built here. It is very nice to see the progress in the development of the liberated territories,” she said.
A traveler from the USA noted that the problem of mines in the liberated territories is very serious.
“It would be good if the international community united to find a solution to this problem,” she added.
It should be noted that over the past 4 years, more than 360 international travelers from almost 50 countries have visited Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur 10 times in large groups.
On July 25-27, a group of international travelers made another trip to Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur, organized by the MTP (Most Traveled People) travel club – one of the 4 largest travel networks in the world. The group is led by Charles Wiley, who is the founder and head of the MTP club. His name is in the top 10 in the international ranking of world travelers. Before this, Wiley visited the territories liberated from occupation 4 times, in 3 of them he also headed the MTP delegation.
