Jeddah: On Tuesday (March 21) evening, it is recommended to observe the sunrise of the month of Ramadan. The Saudi Supreme Court has asked all the Muslims in the country.
According to Umm al-Qura calendar, Tuesday is 29th of Sha’ban. Everyone should observe if the birth of the month of Ramadan occurs in the evening of that day. If you see the birth of the month with naked eyes or through remote viewing, you should inform the nearest court and record the testimony there. The notice issued by the Supreme Court also stated that the person who has seen menstruation should be helped to reach the court by contacting the nearest center.
