Regarding the reduction of his sanction, General Muñoz argued that “it is part of a regulatory administrative process based on due process. The reprimand is an administrative sanction that, of course, mainly affects his professional performance, but without prejudice to this and through his performance, he could eventually continue with his regulatory professional career.”
