Ukrainians complain that digital, temporary residence permits issued in Lithuania are not recognized by Polish border guards and demand plastic cards. Although digital permits have been issued since mid-January, the European Commission (EC) informed the Ministry of the Interior about this in February, but according to the ministry, Brussels has not yet added the new documents to the system. Polish border guards assure: there should be no problems for those traveling from this week.
