Not a day goes by that the mother of the boy who was murdered at the age of 18 does not go to her child’s grave. Martin and his friends just wanted a relaxed evening on the last Saturday in February. They were already on their way home when they met another group near Deák tér. At first they were just talking, but then the boys got into a fight over a girl. The dispute was ended by 18-year-old Zsolt K. with a knife. The blade hit Martin, who died a few days later in the hospital, reports a Bors.
Kitti, the grieving mother of her son, recently received the medical documentation, thanks to which the picture of what might have happened to her son on the fateful morning is starting to form in her head.
However, according to the medical papers, it is absolutely clear that my son did not consume a single sip of alcohol that day, as no alcohol was found in his blood. I would definitely like to note that no drugs either, the mother told Bors.
Martin, 18, who was stabbed on Deák Square, sacrificed his life in defense of his friend. The boy tried to separate the fighting parties, but as soon as he turned his back on Zsolt K., who is his age, the man stabbed him.
– For the time being, it is not possible to know when the prosecution will be able to bring charges and when the first trial will be scheduled. I will be there for sure because I want to look the killer in the eye. I am sure that in Zsolt’s case there was no question of self-defense!
