In the first days of the earthquake, such a mapping was made for the rapid management of search and rescue and other emergency works, and these pairings do not have any relation with the impact and magnitude of the earthquake on our provinces. We respectfully submit to the information of the public that this operation, which is purely technical and aimed at accelerating the process, should not be associated with the disaster dimension of Malatya or any other province of ours.

In the statement, the provinces affected by the disaster were supported by Kahramanmaraş’s Zonguldak Province AFAD, Hatay’s Trabzon Province AFAD, Malatya’s Presidency supported by Malatya Province AFAD, Adıyaman’s İzmir Province AFAD, Diyarbakır’s Presidency; It was stated that Adana, Kilis, Osmaniye, Şanlıurfa, Gaziantep and Elazığ were examined by the Provincial AFAD.
