It will take 1.5 billion rubles to provide housing for orphans in Mordovia

In order to fully provide the former pupils of orphanages and boarding schools in Mordovia with apartments, it will take about 1.5 billion rubles.

This was stated by the acting. Minister of Finance of the Republic of Moldova Sergei Tyurkin at the session of deputies of the State Assembly of the region held the day before.

– This year, for the first time in several years, the republican budget has allocated an additional 26 million rubles to provide housing for orphans. These funds were used to purchase 24 apartments for this category, – said the speaker. – The draft 2022 budget also provides for an increase in funding for these purposes.

According to Tyurkin, the issue with the RF Ministry of Finance on the possibility of allocating funds from the federal budget to solve this problem is currently being worked out.

Recall that the country’s leadership has set the task of closing the queue for housing among orphans by the end of 2024.

The size of the revenue side of the budget of Mordovia amounted to 46.386 billion rubles, the expenditure side – 46.291 billion. According to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia, in 2021-2013 the region received a “respite” for the payment of the state debt. Thanks to this, as well as due to the receipt of additional income, the expenditure side of the budget increased by 951.5 million rubles. It was decided to use these funds to increase wages, pay off accounts payable and relocate citizens from dilapidated housing.
