Gelensky has warned Russia that the losses caused by the invasion of Ukraine will be enough for many generations to recover.
In a video released by Gelensky, Gelensky called on Russia to hold further talks without delay as the war enters its fourth week.
He noted that this was the only way for Russia to correct its mistakes.
It is time to meet, time to talk, time to restore regional unity and justice for Ukraine.
Otherwise, Gelensky warns, Russia’s losses will be enough for many generations to recover.
Ukraine and Russia have been involved in several rounds of talks so far, beginning in Belarus and most recently through video conferencing.
However, no agreement has yet been reached on a ceasefire or withdrawal of troops.
