An unforgettable evening, full of emotions and pride, the one held at the Teatro Regio in Parma with the “Christmas Gym – Festival of Coins“. The event, organized by the Italian Gymnastics Federation thanks to the contribution of the Emilia Romagna Region, dedicated to celebrating the success of Italian gymnasts, transformed the prestigious theater into a platform for stories of dedication, sacrifice and victory.
The lights dimmed and the stage was transformed into a spectacular performance, where beauty, strength and technique combined with unforgettable choreography. Art director Emanuela Maccarani created sixteen pictures that paid tribute to the beauty of gymnastics, all of them even more impressive with the Christmas atmosphere.
Athletes, coaches, club managers, families and enthusiasts gathered in an almost sold-out theater to pay tribute to those who, with ability and determination, wrote the important pages of Italian gymnastics in the past year. Between thunderous applause and bright eyes, the medals won by the Olympic Games in Paris showed the evening, a symbol of the work and passion that all athletes bring with them.
The event was not only a celebration of sporting achievements, but also a time to reflect on the importance of sport as a school of life. Personal stories of challenges overcome, daily sacrifices and dreams fulfilled delighted the audience, reminding them that gymnastics is a journey of personal growth, more than just a sport. The Christmas Gym – Festival of Coins he was able to combine sport and art, which turned the awards night into a true celebration of life. At the end of the show, in fact, Fabio Gaggioli went on stage to present all the protagonists of the Olympic Games in Paris, presented by Gianfranco Marzolla – team bronze medal at the ’60 Rome Games – with the Mikelart award from the Federginnastica and the honor. of the Presidency of the Republic.
