• Pasta-100 grams
• Butter- 1 tbsp
• Finely chopped garlic – 2 cloves
• Chilli -1/2
• Mushroom 5-6
• Green peas – 1/4 cup
• Sweet corn – 1/4 cup

Ingredients for White Sauce:

• Butter 2 tablespoons
• Maida flour – 2 tbsp
• Milk – 500 ml
• Grated cheese – 1/4 cup
• Basil Tulsi -1/4 tsp
• Salt, pepper powder – required quantity

Recipe:

Add enough water to cover the first pasta in a vessel, add required amount of salt and a spoonful of oil and boil for 10 minutes. Once the pasta is cooked well, drain the water.
Add butter to a pan and when it becomes dry, add garlic, mushroom, green peas, sweet corn, umbrella chillies and little salt and cook for 2-3 minutes and keep aside. In the same pan, add butter and once it melts, add maida flour and fry on medium heat until the green smell goes away. Then add milk and start boiling it will thicken a little. At that time add the cheese and when it melts add the boiled beans and pasta and stir well. On top of that, add basil leaves, pepper powder, required amount of salt, and mix it and let it come to a boil. Yummy white sauce pasta is ready.

Red Sauce Pasta:

• Pasta – 2 cups salt
• Required amount of oil – 2 tbsp
• Garlic – 2 cloves
• Ginger – 1 piece
• Onion – 2
• Tomatoes -4
• Carrots 1/2 cup
• 1/4 cup of chilies
• Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1 tbsp

First boil water in a pan and when it boils well, add salt, oil and pasta and boil for 10 minutes. Then filter it and keep it.
Then add oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger and onions and saute well. Once they are sauteed, add the ground tomato paste and saute well.
Then add carrots and chillies to it and boil it well. When all these are sauteed well, add garam masala, chili powder and stir and boil the pasta for 5 minutes, sprinkle coriander leaves and the delicious red sauce pasta is ready.
