That is the image of Italian specialist docs that comes from an Anaao Assomed survey, the biggest union of Italian hospital docs, offered to the States Common of Specialised Coaching: in service they work as much as 50 hours per week, they really feel like “stop-gaps” and the 97% ask for a reform of the coaching system.
