On the second day, the consultations for a cabinet of “There is such a people” continued with the other parties in the 50th National Assembly.
Today will be the meeting with DPS of Jevdet Chakarov at 3 p.m. After that, there will be four more meetings in a row – with BSP, Vazrazhdane, PP-DB and GERB-SDS, if they accept the invitations. One meeting will certainly not take place – it is with Peevski’s DPS. They already said yesterday that they will not show up for it.
The negotiation process did not get off to a good start on Tuesday. There were supposed to be three meetings yesterday, but only two took place – with the two wings of the Velichie party.
First was their meeting with Krasimira Katincharova, with whom no agreement was reached on support for a third-term government.
Krasimira Katincharova was the only representative of the six people’s representatives who left the Velichie parliamentary group, after which the group ceased to exist.
A meeting followed with the other six independent MPs from Velichie, after which Toshko Yordanov summarized that the support for a third-term government had grown to 22 people.
