A lawyer from Bavaria is already speculating on X whether the Piper publishing house will have to take the book off the market. Reason: Gruber’s description that the influencer is said to have described herself as such even though she is not one and that she may be writing under a false name and may be called Maria Müller are “false statements of fact” and “slander.”
