In response, the cinema icon, 88 years old, announced that he wanted to file a complaint against his son, criticizing a “media outburst” and a desire to harm him and his daughter, who also announced a complaint for defamation, slanderous denunciation , threats and harassment.
“The succession is settled,” assures Anthony Delon, refusing to be “associated” with the controversies surrounding the inheritance of Johnny Hallyday, who died in 2017. “My sister, she has 50% of all my father’s fortune . Besides [Alain-Fabien] and I am what we call the reserve share, so we have 25%,” explains the eldest of the siblings.
On the other hand, “my brother and I want my father’s wishes to be respected” by leaving him in his home in Douchy-Montcorbon (Loiret), he explains, accusing their sister of wanting to “bring back” the star in Switzerland, where he resides administratively and of which he has been a citizen since 1999. A guardianship for the actor
Asked about his father’s complaint, Anthony Delon again denounces manipulation on the part of Anouchka. He repeats that the prosecutor of Montargis (Loiret), Jean-Cédric Gaux, will request “judicial protection” of the actor who must be “put under guardianship”.
The prosecutor told AFP that he “does not wish to comment on what concerns a confidential exchange with the lawyers of Alain Delon and his children” and recalled “that respect for the dignity of the human person is a right fundamental”.
The part of the case pitting the siblings against Hiromi Rollin since the summer, who shared several years of the actor’s life, ended Thursday with no further action being taken. Hiromi Rollin and Anthony Delon announced their intention to file a civil suit to relaunch the investigations.
