Biden mentioned in a speech carried by the (INA): “The time has come to start a brand new section during which the hostages return to their houses, and this struggle should finish and the the next day,” indicating “the Zionist entity introduced a complete proposal for a ceasefire and the discharge of all of the Hostages.
He added, “The proposal for a ceasefire and the discharge of the hostages is a map, and it was transferred from Qatar to Hamas,” noting that “the proposal consists of returning the Palestinians to Gaza to their houses. “
He mentioned, “Within the second section, all residing prisoners can be exchanged, together with troopers,” stating that “the third section consists of the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.”
Biden mentioned, “Within the third section, there can be a serious reconstruction plan for the Gaza Strip.”
