The second phase of various projects, including deepening and widening of the harbor areas, plans to upgrade the industry to accommodate boats, and to beautify the harbor, including the construction of diversion and diversion lanes for industrial fishermen’s accommodation, are currently underway.
Douglas Devananda said that the second phase will be completed by the end of this year and the third phase will begin.
A sample picture of the matter was shown and explained to the Minister by the Project Manager.
