Jaisalmer: The pilot of the Air Force MiG-21 fighter jet that crashed in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, has been confirmed dead. Wing Commander Harshit Sinha was killed.

The warplane crashed around 8.30 pm on Friday during a military exercise. The Air Force confirmed the news of the pilot’s death on Twitter. The accident took place near the village of Ganga in the Desert National Park. Pilot Squadron Leader Abhinav Chaudhary was also killed in a MiG-21 plane crash in Punjab last May.
