jpnn.comJAKARTA – Head of the DKI Jakarta Democratic Party Legal and Security Agency (BHPP), Yunus Adhi Prabowo, appreciated the decision of the DKI Jakarta Bawaslu panel of judges.
The panel of judges stated that Reported Parties I, II and IV were legally and convincingly proven to have committed acts that violated the procedures, procedures and mechanisms in the implementation of the recapitulation of vote counting results at the sub-district, city and provincial levels.
“So the panel of judges gave a warning to respondents I, II and IV not to repeat or commit acts that violate statutory provisions. This decision certainly makes us happy,” said Yunus in his statement, Friday (5/4).
According to him, the judge’s decision further confirms that Bawaslu has objectively examined the documentary evidence and materials that we submitted which were accepted by the trial panel.
They hope that a similar incident will not happen again because it will be very detrimental to their time and their good name.
“Then the supremacy of law was undermined by this incident. Hopefully this will not happen again,” he said.
He continued that Bawaslu’s decision would be used as evidence in the next trial, especially for alleged criminal acts which were also reported to Gakkumdu.
This includes the dispute trial process at the Election Management Honorary Council (DKPP) to the Constitutional Court (MK).
