Netflix brought back a 2003 gem that complements the most famous movie of all time: the documentary Mysteries of the Titanic. The wonderful thing is that it is directed by the same director who took care of Titanic (1997): James Cameron. And now this documentary is a renewed success on the streaming platform.

Obsessed with the mythical sunken ship and its secrets, the director of Terminator, Aliens, The Abyss and Avatar returned to explore the most famous sinking in history, just three years after winning all the possible Oscars with Titanic, a film with Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet.

Cameron began shooting the documentary Mysteries of the Titanic in 2001 and finished it in 2003, in which you can see the remains of the real ship thanks to high-tech submarines. In addition, it shows several archaeologists looking for their remains at the bottom of the sea, and what is striking, for the time and for today, is that everything was filmed with 3-D technology.
