The by-products from the process are used to heat greenhouses and dry grains, presenting a model of a circular economy where nothing is wasted. The farm is especially proud of growing strawberries out of season in a state-of-the-art glass greenhouse on an area of ​​26 dunams, which is heated by an anaerobic digestion facility.
