Actor Jang Keun-suk revealed that he became more positive after battling thyroid cancer.

Jang Keun Suk did a live broadcast on his YouTube channel ‘I am Jang Keun Suk’ on the 5th. Jang Keun Suk had time to communicate with fans while comfortably sitting on his bed.

When asked how he manages his mental health, he confessed, “I do some self-gaslighting to make my brain dominate with positive thinking. Seriously. Then I become a more positive person.”

“I beat all 10 ‘Super Mario’ games, but when I get to the 11th one, it’s a little frustrating. I wonder how much harder they’re going to make it, but even so, once I beat the 11th one and move on to the 12th one, it’s actually great. I feel good because I accomplished this. I think that moment when I accomplish it is important,” he added.

Jang Keun Suk said, “Today, I’m at home. Since I had surgery, I’ve never really been the type to like traveling. Now I understand why people travel. This year, I want to go on a trip alone.”

When a fan asked where he wanted to go on a trip, Jang Keun Suk said, “I want to go somewhere far away. Australia and Greece are both good. For now, I just want to go there without a plan.”

When asked what he wanted to say to his fans, Jang Keun Suk replied, “Don’t we have many worries or difficulties in life? Our lives are not long enough to worry for too long.”

“Sometimes it can be a way to throw yourself confidently. If it becomes a problem, it is our life to overcome it. Don’t worry too much. It will pass anyway,” he advised.

Lastly, Jang Keun-suk revealed, “Actually, when I got up after being sick once, the thought that came to my mind was, ‘I really don’t have much time.’ It’s ironic.”

“I realized that I don’t really have as much time as I thought, so I decided to stop worrying. I decided not to worry too much, but to stop worrying. I’m going to do what I want to do and have fun.”

Jang Keun Suk said, “It’s better to do something and regret it than not doing it and then worrying about what others think. Do it first and then regret it. It might already be too late when you want to do it. Everyone, cheer up.” He added, “I sincerely cheer for everyone. Positive thoughts will make you a positive person, and you will create a positive tomorrow.”
