Earlier, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said that the country would impose sanctions on the Central Bank of Russia, several companies and citizens of Belarus, including President Alexander Lukashenko, and join Western countries in disconnecting Russian banks from the SWIFT international financial system.
