For his part, Patricia Bullrichformer Minister of Security and one of the candidates of the opposition coalition Juntos por el Cambio (28.25%), obtained 17% of the votes and pointed out that her rival in the party and Head of Government of the City of Buenos Aires, Horacio Rodriguez Larretawho obtained 11.2%, called her to acknowledge her defeat: “She already called me. She congratulated me.”

Regarding the Kirchnerism, which was presented under the alliance of Union for the Fatherland (27.15%), the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massais emerging as the pro-government candidate, achieving 21.3%, surpassing Juan Grabois, leader of one of the forces furthest to the left of the pro-government coalition, who received 5.8% of the vote.
