As if by magic, the musical alchemy is unique. The tones of the saxophone and guitar blended with the percussion and haunting chants of the Gnawa tradition, creating a rich and deeply moving soundscape.

In an interview with MAP earlier in the day, Candy Dulfer expressed her amazement at the evolution of Jazzablanca, emphasizing the importance of this festival that mixes musical genres. “What I love about Jazzablanca is that it mixes music. There are so many festivals in the world with rock, house or pop music, but this kind of festival is where my heart is,” she said.
Candy also praised the authenticity of the festival’s programming and the attention paid to unique musical collaborations, saying she was “very happy to have been associated with the maalem Hind Ennaira for a fusion performance.”
