As a child, Jennifer Lee found solace in Disney fairy tales. Today it sets the tone in the global company.

Once upon a time there was a girl who was bullied at school. When she was home, she put on her princess dress and did her homework. Afterwards they were allowed to watch a Disney film, preferably “Cinderella”. The girl found herself in the story of Cinderella. Cinderella was also teased, but she didn't let herself be deterred. Many years later, the unfortunate girl has become one of the most successful women behind the scenes at Disney.
