The head monk of Jeongsu Temple, Monk Mujin, explained, “This year in particular, due to the high temperature and humidity, changes in the surrounding environment, long rainy season, heat waves, and tropical nights, the flowering period of the Jinnorangsangsa flowers has been delayed, so we had no choice but to extend the photo contest.” Accordingly, the winning works will be announced on the BBS ‘Ham In-gyeong’s Morning Journal’ and the Jeongsu Temple website at 8 a.m. on October 7, and the awards ceremony will be held at the Daeungjeon Hall of Jeongsu Temple at 10 a.m. on November 1.
