Between these two, a complicity at the zenith that lasted for more than ten years. To the point that they considered themselves brothers. This Friday, June 2, comedian Jeremy Ferrari took to Twitter to lift the lid on the circumstances of Thursday’s death of his colleague and friend Guillaume Bats36 years old.

The young comedian, whom he produced with Éric Antoine, suffered from birth from osteogenesis imperfecta, also called “glass bone disease”.

“I would like us to focus on him, his talent, his courage, his strength, his light…”

The tragedy was noted at the end of the day, this Thursday. The comedian had an appointment at 7:30 p.m. to give a conference, an activity he had developed in recent years in order to “share (his) experience and change the way people look at disability, especially in the professional environment”, confided recently Guillaume Beats at the Gazette du Var.

But, at the appointed time, the actor is not there. Panic begins to rise among his relatives. “He didn’t show up and didn’t answer our calls,” reports Jérémy Ferrari. The producer then goes to Guillaume Bats. “I found him dead in his bed, probably in his sleep, but that remains to be confirmed by the doctors,” he reveals.

Despite “the many requests that (him) have been made”, Jérémy Ferrari has decided not to “express (his) pain in the media”. “Guillaume was my little brother and I would likewe focus on him, his talent, his courage, his strength, his light… As for me, I will follow his example and, starting tomorrow, despite the pain, I will continue to try to make you laugh as best I can. »
