Gia first acted in Amitabh Bachchan starrer Nishabd in 2006. But Ghajini starred Aamir Khan as the hero. On June 3, 2013, Gia was found dead in her flat. Mumbai Police and CBI, which initially investigated the case, came to the conclusion that the death was suicide. Still, Jia’s family doesn’t believe it.

The family still believes that Jiah’s friend and actor Suraj Pancholi was definitely involved in the death. Gia’s suicide note also contributed to this. This is what the letter says. The six-page suicide note contained many shocking details but did not mention Sooraj Pancholi’s name.
Having been cheated on again and again, there’s no particular reason left to live, ‘If you’re reading this letter, it means I’m either gone or I’m getting ready to go.’I used to see my future with you, but you crushed my dreams, and now I feel dead inside.
The case is still ongoing. Arguments and counterarguments are numerous. According to the latest news, the CBI has informed the court on Thursday that Sooraj Pancholi’s father Aditya Pancholi will not be examined as a prosecution witness in the case. Gia’s mother Rabia believes that there will be a favorable verdict in the case.

But in another argument, mother Rabia also alleges that Jiya was pregnant and that there was an argument and problems between the two over sparing the baby, which is unconfirmed. A case was registered against Sooraj Pancholi for inciting suicide. Later the court granted him bail. The film world is also looking forward to what the verdict of the case will be.
