According to the military, last year it was selected as an excellent institution in a total of 50 fields, including 21 fields from the central government and 22 fields from North Chungcheong Province. Meanwhile, Jincheon-gun announced on the 2nd that starting in January, 17 medical institutions will provide free shingles vaccinations for people over 65 years of age. Those eligible for vaccination are residents aged 65 years or older (born before December 31, 1960) and registered as residents in Jincheon-gun as of the date of vaccination. However, those who have received at least one shingles vaccination in the past or who are contraindicated in receiving the live shingles vaccine are excluded.
Residents who wish to be vaccinated can visit a designated medical institution with their ID card.
