First, the Gyo-seong District urban development project is currently underway in the area of ​​15-79, Gyo-seong-ri, Jincheon-eup, with a total area of ​​355,227㎡, 2,524 households, and 6,562 people.

This project will play a major role in the roadmap of Jincheon-gun, which aims to be promoted to Jincheon-si by reaching a population of 50,000 in Jincheon-eup, and we plan to complete the project as quickly as possible.

Next, the Shincheok District Urban Development Project is promoting the construction of infrastructure such as apartment complexes, single-family homes, semi-residential facilities, parking lots, and parks on a 224,761㎡ site in Shincheok-ri, Deoksan-eup, San 31-15.

It appears that a new residential center will be created in the Deoksan-eup area along with the Chungbuk Innovation City, with approximately 500 households and 1,150 people expected to settle there.

The project is being carried out in the form of a refund, returning the developed land to the existing landowners and covering the project costs by selling the land for redevelopment.

The Shincheok District has an excellent location environment that is perfect for taking a walk or resting, as it has the cross-shaped highway network of the Jungbu Expressway and the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway and the view of the Shincheok Reservoir, which was created with an investment of 10 billion won.

Construction began in February of this year after the approval of the land exchange plan, and the earthworks are expected to be completed by the end of this month. Once the installation of infrastructure such as sewage pipes and retaining walls and other structural work are completed in the first half of 2025, the outline of the site will be revealed to some extent.

The Jincheon Gyoseong 2nd District urban development project is being carried out in the area of ​​20-11 San, Gyoseong-ri, Jincheon-eup, with a total area of ​​60,180㎡, 719 households, and 1,653 people.

Since the approval of the implementation plan in June 2022, construction has been delayed due to reasons such as the local economic downturn and the selection of a construction company, but the selection of a construction company is scheduled to be completed within the second half of the year.

Lastly, the Seongseok District Urban Development Project is currently being promoted in the Seongseok-ri area of ​​Jincheon-eup, with a plan for 371,115㎡, 2,351 households, and 5,405 people.

The second phase of the development plan change to secure business feasibility was completed in May 2024, with the goal of starting compensation in the first half of next year.

Once the LH management investment review is completed by the second half of this year, compensation procedures such as announcing the compensation plan, establishing a compensation council, and conducting an appraisal will begin in January of next year.
