With this new move, Jio Cinema is pitted against leading services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney Plus Hotstar. As an Indian-made streaming platform, Jio Cinema has managed to garner huge acceptance among consumers. Earlier HBO content was on HBO Hotstar.
