Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio is one of the leading telecom companies in India. Majority have Jio Phone, Jio Simo. In this environment, the annual profit of that company is increasing by 28 percent. In the quarter to September, Jio had Rs. 4 thousand 518 crore profit. The increase in profitability was attributed to new customer additions and an increase in average revenue per customer.
In the same period last year, Jio’s profit was Rs. 3 thousand 528 crores. Reliance Jio Infocomm’s profit rose 20.2 percent to Rs 22,521 crore. Last year it was Rs.18 thousand 735 crores.
