The grouping of athletes who will participate in the Indian Ocean Islands Games (JIOI 2023) which will take place from August 25 to September 3 begins for certain federations.

In the case of athletics, for lack of means of the federation, several athletes who come from the provinces cannot yet go to the capital where the grouping is held.
