When his doctor asked him if he wanted to die, Jo Schriek (55), a former politician from Alphen in the Netherlands, turned the button. In a few years he lost more than 120 kilos, two thirds of his former weight. In addition to better physical health, it has completely changed his life in a lot of other ways. “Now I try to get a good feeling from exercise and a healthy diet.”
