In his first speech, Andry Rajoelina, who is in his third term after being re-elected in the elections on November 16 this year, expressed his desire to establish a better future for the Malagasy people.
To this end, he promised to be close to the people, and appealed to financial and technical partners who are friends of Madagascar to participate in the country’s development actions.
He made it known that the country’s development plans and programs are based on three fundamental pillars: human capital, industrialization and good governance.
The objective is to implement programs to solve the needs of the people of Madagascar, accompanied by the fight against corruption while respecting legality and sincerity.
He said that the country’s economic development will be supported by its presence on the international scene to continue to raise its voice in the African and global chapters.
