And candidates are increasingly using tools like ChatGpt to create CVs and cover letters. According to a survey by the Financial Times, at least half of aspiring employees are fine-tuning their applications with artificial intelligence. These tools are becoming increasingly widespread and, in the last year, 26% of workers in the Polytechnic Observatory survey in Italy have used them, although only 3% every day and 7% a couple of times a week. According to those interviewed, 24% of the activities carried out can already be done with the support of AI. So much so that almost one in two fears negative impacts on their work.
