Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith Reach Temporary Custody Agreement Amid Divorce Filing

by time news

Former couple Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith have reached a temporary custody agreement over their 3-year-old daughter following Turner-Smith’s filing for divorce from Jackson last month.

According to court documents obtained by E! News on Nov. 24, Jackson has responded to the divorce petition and agreed to Turner-Smith’s initial request of joint physical and legal custody, with neither person paying child support.

The response comes after Turner-Smith filed for divorce from Jackson after four years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakup. The couple listed different dates of separation in their filings, with Turner-Smith listing Sept. 13 and Jackson listing Sept. 30.

E! News has reached out to representatives for Turner-Smith and Jackson for comment, but has not received a response.

The former couple, who starred in the movie “Queen & Slim” together, seem to have a plan in place as they navigate the end of their marriage and focus on co-parenting their daughter.
