The Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Jubodal has announced a two-day protest march and rally program across the country to demand the trial of former Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina.
The program was announced on Tuesday (August 13) in a circular from the central executive committee of the organization.
In the notification, the barbaric killing of patriotic vigilant army officers, the cruelest massacre of Hefazat scholars and the brutal killing of journalist couple Sagar-Runi have been demanded in the notification.
It is also said that thousands of leaders and activists of BNP and like-minded opposition political parties, including Elias Ali, who fought in the struggle to restore democracy for the past 17 years, disappeared-murdered-killed-tortured-oppressed and indiscriminately shot hundreds of students in the latest anti-discrimination student movement. The demand for the trial of Sheikh Hasina, who directly ordered the killing of hundreds of lives, has been announced.
Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Jubodal Central Executive Committee has announced a nationwide two-day program to demand the trial of Sheikh Hasina, who directed these works. On August 14 and 15, protest marches and rallies will be held in all districts, metros, thana-upazilas and municipal units across the country.
Jatiyatabadi Juba Dal Central Executive Committee President Abdul Monayem Munna and General Secretary Mohammad Nurul Islam Nayan instructed their respective unit leaders to carry out the declared program properly.
