In the trial of the murder of a 43-year-old man before the Berlin district court, further hearing dates were agreed on Friday. Originally, the 32nd Large Criminal Chamber wanted to bring the proceedings, which also deal with the suspicion of cannibalism, to an end. But the dispute over toxicological reports had messed up the schedule. However, according to the court, a request for bias announced for Friday by the defendant’s two defense lawyers against the judges did not materialize.
