The former president’s lawyer supported his legal action

The First Constitutional Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima voted on the hearing of the habeas corpus process filed by the defense of former President Pedro Castillo to achieve his freedom.

Lastly, the lawyer urged Judge Tapia to file a complaint with the Congress of the republicthe National Prosecutor’s Office and the media the alleged crimes that are being committed against their sponsored.

«It is necessary that you, in use of article 407 of the Penal Code, when accrediting serious crimes with absolute proof in the habeas corpus which has more than 100 pages, report the crimes to the Congress of the Republic, the National Prosecutor’s Office and the press“, he pointed out.
