For this reason, Juana Fuentes, director of the JUFED, demanded that the Committees comply with the suspension:
“This new constitutional paradigm forces us to reevaluate jurisdictional criteria, constitutional and legal interpretations, to allow new procedures that are current and in accordance with the new regulatory framework, making it mandatory that said criteria favor people with the broadest protection,” the document states. .
