The judge pointed out that the minor’s actions were inspired by Nazi ideas to which the teenager was exposed, constituting sufficient discriminatory reason and terrorist intent, and that the teenager even took steps to implement the plan.

Details were not provided as he is a minor.

For Ferreira, the judge, the teenager, despite her age, “is already aware that the propagated ideals of racial supremacy and intolerance do not adhere to the ethics of post-war modernity” and concluded that the hospitalization measure is the most effective given the serious threat to the school’s students and the “dangerous and contagious” effect of the ideas she adhered to.

The measure will be reassessed every three months and, in addition, the student must undergo psychological treatment.
