Ximena Aguirre, one of Sergio Infante’s lawyers, said that the filing of a class action lawsuit for libel and slander, which would include five new accusers of Consuelo Ulloa, is not ruled out.
The Court of Appeals, through the Ninth Room, beginning la review of the protection appeal that Sergio Infante filed against Consuelo Ulloa, better known as Miau Astral, after accusing her of cyberbullying and harassment following a brief relationship.
According to La Tercera, the court began with the arguments and is analyzing the testimonies and evidence presented by the parties involved, where the hundreds of emails that Miau Astral would have sent to Infante stand out and the scandal that was raised against him on social media for not continuing his relationship with her.

Faced with this situation, Sergio Infante declared that “I hope that a precedent is set for other victims to report their harassers. This situation cannot go unpunished.”
Meanwhile, Miau Astral defended himself from the accusations against him in an interview with Julio César Rodríguez, downplaying the accusations he made against his ex-partner.
“Frankly, I think I should not have exposed what had happened with Sergio on social media. I think it was a mistake. Unfortunately, women who expose the violence that men do to us always get the cold shoulder. It was a mistake because I think that what has happened these past few weeks has not been justice but a retaliation,” said Ulloa.
