The arrest and subsequent release of American singer Justin Timberlake continues to dominate the news in the entertainment industry.

Last weekend, People magazine published information that would prove Britney Spears’ ex right, who claimed that he had only had one glass of Martini.

According to the note, a waiter at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, where the artist was meeting with friends before the arrest, said that the singer only drank one Martini, and another employee of the establishment reinforced the hypothesis by indicating that “if he drank more, it was not here.”

MSN also reported that after his release, Jessica Biel’s now husband continued his tour. In his most recent performance he thanked his fans for their support.

Timberlake will have to return to court on July 26 to find out what punishment will be imposed by the United States justice system.
