Juve, Nonge to Troyes
Nonge made a name for himself last year with the Next Gen and earned a call-up from Allegri, then the coach of Juve, including a debut in Serie A. Now he is ready for a new adventure in the French Serie B, aiming to gain more experience and then return to the bianconero. This is the statement: “Experience in France coming up for Joseph Nonge. The Belgian midfielder born in 2005 is transferring on loan to Troyes for the entire 2024/2025 season. His temporary annual transfer to the Transalpine club, competing in Ligue 2, the second tier of French football, is official. Arriving in Italy from Anderlecht’s youth academy in the summer of 2021, he renewed his contract with Juventus last June until 2026. Joseph has made twenty-one appearances with Juventus Next Gen, scoring two goals, one in Coppa Italia Serie C against Pro Vercelli and another in the league against Fermana. During his time at our Club, Nonge also had the opportunity to play four matches with the First Team. His debut came on January 4th in the Coppa Italia match against Salernitana when he replaced Miretti in the 76th minute. Now a new adventure awaits him and we wish him the best!”
Next Gen, Maressa to Carrarese
The second bianconero team also bids farewell to Maressa: “After a second part of the season – from early February onward – spent on loan in Switzerland with Bellinzona, Tommaso Maressa is transferring permanently to Carrarese. The class of 2004, therefore, bids farewell to our Club and permanently joins the Tuscan team where he will play in Serie B during the 2024/2025 season. A bianconero since the 2019/2020 season, Maressa has played almost 70 matches in Primavera – considering all competitions – and seven at the professional level with the Next Gen, all of which were played in the first part of last season. Good luck for the continuation of your career, Tommaso!”
