UGM Wins Robot Challenge
The Narantaka GMAT team from Gadjah Mada University (UGM) in Yogyakarta secured victory in the national selection for the Kibo Robot Programming Challenge, organized by Indonesia’s National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). The team will represent Indonesia internationally, hosted by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).

Tragedy on Mount Rinjani
The death of Juliana Marins, a Brazilian climber, has sparked public concern. Marins reportedly fell to her death while climbing Mount Rinjani in West Nusa Tenggara.
Details of the Incident
Juliana is believed to have fallen on Saturday, June 21, 2025, in the Rinjani hiking area. Her body was found by the search and rescue (SAR) team on Tuesday, June 24, at a depth of 600 meters.
Muhamad Hariyadi, Head of the Mataram SAR Office, reported that Juliana’s body was located in a deep ravine around 06:00 PM Central Indonesia Time.
