Research in mineral medicine is likely to become more active
Kadesh Inc., a U.S. company, announced on the 26th that it signed a business agreement with Dong Sung Pharmaceutical (Chairman Yang-gu Lee) on the 24th to develop products and expand business based on Puritan, applying it to various product groups such as oriental medicine, cosmetics, and health functional foods.
Cardis Corporation has its headquarters in California, USA, and has been conducting research, development, and production with the FDA research institute, state universities, etc. based on the technology of extracting medicinal minerals beneficial to the human body from over 300 kinds of minerals with medicinal properties using 100% natural minerals. Currently, ongoing research is being conducted in Korea and around the world.
Minerals and trace elements in the human body act as semiconductors and help maintain balance so that all bodily functions can be carried out smoothly. The two companies explained that the current reality is that it is difficult to supply sufficient minerals from plant-based raw materials due to rapid soil oxidation.
Dong-A ST and Puritan Research Institute expect that taking natural mineral raw materials necessary for the human body from minerals that are the source of minerals and leading to recovery of the human body will become an important axis in the future medical, cosmetics, and food industries.
Kim Gwang-ho, chairman of Kadesin Corporation, who attended the signing ceremony, said, “Through this MOU, we will apply ‘Puriton’ to various new product groups and combine Dong-A Pharmaceutical’s long-standing research experience and Kadesin Corporation’s mineral medicine to contribute to human health and secure global competitiveness.”
In the future, Kadesh Incorporated plans to actively collaborate with Dong-A Pharmaceutical to conduct joint research and develop various products.
